a toilet in the first floor leaks water onto ceiling of ground floor when flushed. water does not drain away quickly in the toilet pan. we think the plumbing under the toilet maybe cracked/damaged? the house is 20 years old. the plumbing under the spa next to the toilet had similar issue 10 years ago.
