Install Laundry Tub

I brought a new tub, a builder said he would install,he removed old one, got plumbing part done but has not done it correctly as no hot water, he connected taps wrong way around,hot is cold water,cold no water...leaking from one of the connections, also cut hole in wrong place,hole needs to be made bigger so unit can come forward as when the draw is put back in, it hits the plunbing inside draw.
