There was a language barrier and a few unknowns. They sent a few different contractors. Two could not speak English. One just came and looked and went away and then finally someone who could do the job and he was pleasant to deal with. Considering our toilet was very old the builder was able to rebuild the floor and redo the plumbing and put in a new toilet. The cost changed a few times and finally we just pulled the trigger because we needed to have the toilet floor fixed urgently.
