Check water leak that has now stopped

So my mum had a water leak in the ceiling and my brother got up in the manhole and tighten a pipe which stopped the leak. mums' insurance has been approved for repairs. but they won't start the repair until a qualified plumber has had a look and confirms the issue is fixed. this will be the quickest job ever; all we need is an invoice confirming you came and that its all good. looking for the cheapest callout as she is on the pension.
