I have a water leak at the connector joint, joining the water pipe to the water meter. Few years ago, i had a new water pipe connection due to an underground leak. The new pipe is mainly above the ground but the portion close to the water meter in under concrete. The attached photos show the connector, i have tried to apply some waterproof tape but hasn't worked.
