turn off water line to fridge "thats it"

A very quck job that i dont want to be paying much to do. Is there anybody out there that will take a bit of $ to block the water line (turn it off), that goes to my fridge? This will be under the house as only the small white water line is coming up through the floor and into the fridge. my name is Janice and id so appreciate some help as i need to move my fridge asap.
