Drainage Issue

Looking for someone to fix drainage issue. Our house is on a slope, with the land at the back being unoccupied. This means that when there is heavy rainfall, the rain comes into our backyard and planter box. Need a solution to fix this. Also, we have identified an area where water seeps up from underground and due to the slope of our land it comes down the backyard and makes it extremely wet (when there is heavy rainfall). This water then goes onto our driveway.
