My toilet is leaking and i need it checked and repaired before i can get the floor and wall repaired. i would also like the plumber to check a possible leakage in the ceiling as well and repair as required, I already have a builder waiting, than he will repair the damage done to the wall and toilet. I would like the plumber to come back and install a new toilet after the builder has finished his part.
