Toilet Replacement

Have an existing toilet on the top floor of our double story house. Currently doesn't work properly and has been sitting for a while with cistern crack as well. The current configuration uses a P trap type system and i have purchased one that has the P trap at the same height. Require the existing toilet kit to be removed and disposed, and replaced with the provided new toilet kit. The new kit does not come with any pan collar or adaptors to the existing waste.
