Toilet auto water filling issue

My tenant reports the toilet flashing system mainly is not filling water properly or having its old days. It takes a while to fill water into the system after flushing. I think the issue is the floater system which should automatically starts filling water once the flush button is pushed. I want to renovate the bathroom before I move in next year, and looking for temporary fix for my tenant now. Please provide a quote, and let me know if you need to come to the house for quoting.
