Running toilet bowl

1. I have two toilets. Both of their flush tank plunger seals (pics 1 and 2) are not sitting right and allows water to run continuously. I did change the red seal below the plunger with new ones from Plumbing World, but maybe I did not do it right. Still allows water through. 2. Also noticed that the toilet cistern tap (pic 3) only turns but does not stop the flow of water in both the toilets. Both cistern taps will need to be replaced. 3. I also have a Gas cooktop with two 9kg cylinders that are due for an annual safety check up. I am looking for a registered plumber and gas. This work is urgent and I'm hoping it can be done tomorrow between 12-3pm. If interested, can you please quote along with your introduction?
