Repair/replace toilet flush valve

The current toilet flush valve (1) has broken half flush button, (2) toilet flush valve most of the time does not return to shut after flush, (3) leak water to the toilet bowl I have replacement toilet flush valve but not sure whether it will fit and have not much of idea to install it. The job is kind of urgent because the current toilet is wasting a lot of water and it's constantly refilling makes a lot of noise.
