My hot water cylinder has a leak but good news there is no crawling needed. House is against a hill so room to stand. There is also a leak somewhere upstairs in the wash house area that needs to be found and fixed. Looks like an old leak over time maybe even from the washing machine. Also a new washer for the kitchen tap.

Dean is a great guy to deal with , very responsive & he did a great job. I had confidence it was done as it should be and definitely better than the previous plumbers efforts
