Blocked drain - possibly broken

The external drain that runs out from the kitchen and laundry is blocked. You can hear the drain gurgling hours after the sink(s) has been used. We suspect that there may be a break in the drain too as water seeps at the bottom of the driveway (about 10m below the drain) when this drain is used. It doesn't happen when the bathroom sink and shower are used. The attached aerial pic - shows the location of the drain in blue and the seeping in red. Someone needs to be home when you come out, (there is a car blocking access to the drain.), so if we could book a time in the afternoon either Thursday or Friday that would be great. -
