toilet seat hinges

About a year old soft close toilet seat and lid. The metal fixed hinges with prongs that the seat/lid clips into are loose and seat/lid moves around. The bottom part around the base of the toilet is rounded. The push-in buttons on the seat/lid are good and clip onto the small prongs ok. Looking to have the metal rounded hinges with small prongs tightened. Pensioner rates would be appreciated. Please leave a landline number. I don't know how to contact/click on any company names.
