Drainage System Inspection, Test, and PS3 signoff

We have had a completed renovation for about a year now and are submitting for code of compliance. We have everything checked off but have been unable to get a PS3 from our plumber for drainage. We need a licensed drainlayer to inspect and test (one of the 4 options listed on PS3) the drainage and sign off on the PS3 and an as built plumbing plan. The new 100mm drain wraps around the house to connect with the existing main (a ~100mm ceramic pipe). Attached are photos. The drain is exposed because a deck is about to be built over the top and the soil has been dug away.
