Job description
Our wall hung toilet is not shutting off completely after flushing. We presume the washer needs replacing as this has been done before to solve this problem. We have a replacement washer.

Great job. When I saw how easily John replaced the washer in our concealed toilet cistern, I realised what a poor job the previous plumber had done some years back. That plumber took at least three times as long, and had fitted the wrong sized washer, so the repair didn't last. John came at short notice, did a great job, and at a reasonable price. We are very happy that our toilet cistern now shuts off after flushing. Many thanks John.
