1. Kitchen tap - loose and leaking at base – tap needs replacement 2. Toilet (upstairs) - flush button sticking – needs a lubricant for smooth working of flush button. 3. Shower rail loose and rose leaking – try to fix railing in the same hole or drill new holes, fix railing and conceal old holes. Alternatively install new rail and rose. Work to be done on or after 29 February 2020
