We need a first flush system installed for our rainwater system. Current available option is the Marley flush diverter system (as in photo): There are 3 feeding pipes for our 2 water tanks and would like to install flush system as proposed in the photos. 2 for the indoor tank (downslope diverting pipes) and 1 for the outdoor tank (underground transverse installation - about 0.5m depth) Downpipe diverter (2nd photo from top) is intended to be installed on the vertical downpipe connecting to the main pipe (in photo 6) Slight alterations are required: addition of a bend (45 to 90 degrees) connecting the T junction and downpipe + basic foundations to fasten the down sloping diverting pipes. Our roof area is around 200 sqm but we only wanted a small flush (as opposed to the formula recommended by Marley) with a view for more frequent roof and gutter maintenance. Suggestions of alternative methods/systems are welcomed.
