Job description

Drainlaying
Manukau

From time to time I have a build up of groundwater at the side of our house. It would appear that a down pipe from one section of the roof does not link to the stormwater system shown on our building plans. I therefore need a new underground pipe to be laid between the down pipe and stormwater system which is approximately 7.5m away. The underground pipe will need to run underneath a 1.6m wide tiled pathway which may need to be lifted. A 4m long French Drain will also be required to remove surface water and will need connection to the new underground pipe. Attached are the house plans on which I have shown the position of the French Drain (in blue) and the new underground pipe (in red). I am assuming that some kind if silt trap will be needed where the two terminate. Some photographs are also supplied which have been numbered to identify their location. Please contact me if you have any questions. I can be available most days should you wish to view the site. Many thanks
