Kitchen renovation - minor plumbing work

Old kitchen has been torn out so it is easy access. New tap and upgrade lines are required to be installed this thursday/friday. We want new pipe running from the tap to under the house which is easy access. the new tap is a low pressure tap which we are fitting to a unequal pressure system. We have been told this will require a non return valve and a pressure reducing valve (feel free to advise otherwise). Plumbing for A waste disposal unit will also need to be completed (single sink unit). Nothing is really moving so not to big of a job.
