first of all he said don’t want to go through builders crack as they take a bit off everything, than took 50 % deposit lied to me several times ( I can provide proof Of everything) that’s he’s buying materials when he clearly took the deposit and spent it on something , then didn’t show up and stopped answering calls messages he turns up after week Works for 6 hours in total abandoned the job gave me 800 back plus materials around $300 out of 2600 deposit I gave. Dissapointed might go to court.

"unfortunately this guy is delusional, he asked me to do the job for him around christnas time through builders crack, and as a favour to him I went and put in some drainage coils to drain his basement, I did this because he said I had the job, next thing hes not answering calls , nothing so I left it at that. a month later he rings ,I want you to do the job, I should have known , stay away, now I guess it was because no one else would work for him. builders crack had timed out ."
