Drain Laying

Property is on the downside of a hill - natural water flow combined with the contours of our property mean that we need to put in various drains to get rid of water sitting on the property and under the house. We have had an engineer come & tell us what we need to do which is listed below. Realistically we financially would need to do the job in three stages so would like to get it quoted by each stage - (Order listed below equals the priority) 2x trenches with gravel & perforated pipes dug under the house to connect up to the stormwater pipe which is located on the property. Trenches dug down the side of the property and connected to the stormwater pipe The concrete driveway needs to be basically pulled up, cesspit and drainage put in and then concrete re layed & sloped so the water is redirected to the cesspit and drain connected to stormwater pipe.
