Fix water leaking beside the drive way

There is a water pipeline leakage problem under a shared driveway (the water meter reads around 1.5 tons of water per day). There is a suspicious spot on a garden beside the drive way. Photos are attached below. We prefer someone can come and have a look during the weekend and perform the work directly if it is easy to fix and within the budget. Otherwise, if it is a more complex job, e.g., the leakage is not at the spotted area or under the concrete, we would like to have the quote first.
