Stormwater, drainage piping

We are in a set of 2 units and our stormwater pipes are blocked at some point. We have already had some work done and a few quotes for various options. There has been an attempt to unblock with a drain unblocking machine and also work to try and locate the connection between unit 1 and 2 without success. No camera has been used to locate. Looking to get a quote to fix the problem please. Thanks
