Unit / Flat Mains Valve

The Valve does nor has it had a fixture to operate for the last 21+ years.
I would like to replace with a working valve, and I would also like a branch offshoot to a tape fitting for a hose
This fitting is approx. 150 cm from this valve (ie from valve to wall then 110 cm along wall to outlet tap)
This will run behind Heat Pump insallation. Would also ask for 6 inside washer replacements to be actioned.
