Cold water pressure in my shower #2

I had a mains hot water cylinder installed after having a new shower installed. Previous HWC was low pressure. Since then the cold water pressure is terrible. Fine everywhere else. Just in the shower. I need this looked at. And possibly putting a different hand held shower head in as well.
