Cold Water Pressure Issue in Shower

I had my shower replaced and soon after I replaced my low pressure HWC with a mains pressure one. Since then the cold water pressure in the shower is terrible. No other tap has issues. Just the shower. I'm also thinking about replacing the hand held shower head but will discuss. In your response please include your call out fee and hourly rate. Thanks.
