Shower Mixing not stable

The shower mixer needs to be at one exact spot to have a consistent temperature. If it is slightly bumped , the temperature goes either took hold or too hot. The mixer has been replaced twice, The low pressure cylinder regulator has been replaced. Need a skilled and experienced plumber for this. Thanks
