A few bits & pieces really. - A broken downpipe to be replaced, - A leak above the hot water cylinder to be fixed - HWC to be restrained (for earthquake purposes) - A toilet bowl to be replaced I am also looking at temporarily moving the vanity so I can paint behind it & replace the flooring under it. Cost will be the deciding factor on that part. In the near future (1-2 mths) there are also some roofing repairs to be done - replacing nails, sealing some rusty parts. This work will most likely go to the person who does the initial work.
