Outside shower install

Change hot and cold laundry tap to shower mixer with slider perhaps, in outside concrete block cubicle. Wall lining only needed on wall with plumbing to hide workings. Could possibly cut away concrete drain surrounds or leave for next tradie. Want all new fittings. Can buy materials in advance or leave to tradie to buy and charge with labour. I will do all painting and clean up. I will also slope concrete floor but need help to remove existing drain surround.
