Low/declining hot water pressure

Hey there We are experiencing issues with our hot water, cold water pressure seems fine (however we are having an issue with our dishwasher as well which could be due to low water pressure). However hot water pressure has been getting slowly worse and is now down to a trickle, so I suspect somthing is up with the cylander.
