Fix leaking joint + Potential Water Hammering Issue #2

Looking for a quote on the below work 1. Leaking joint between Copper Pipe and Plastic (LEAP) pipe that carries hot water (under house) requires fixing. 2. Fix possible Water Hammering Issue (Loud Knock when turning off Hot Water) I'm hoping somebody can fix a fitting between the two pipes, work is under the house so cramped/damp/wet condition. Pipe measurements below: (Best guess) Plastic Pipe = Likely LEAP PEX 16mm Copper Pipe = 15mm Picture is of leak + crawl space entry (Approx 10m - 15m crawl to leak)
