Toilet - Minor Leak from Unknown Source

Hi, I have a minor leak coming from one side of my toilet. It appears to be coming from the underside of the toilet pan/lip, with a little bit of water trickling down the side of the toilet and onto the floor. The water appears to be replacement water for the toilet (i.e. not dirty/soiled water from the toilet bowl). The amount of water leaking is quite little, I used a standard cup to collect some of the water, and even after a number of weeks, the cup is barely 20% full. The leak seems to happen after flushing, but it doesn't seem to be immediate. There is either a little bit of a delay or it is leaking very gradually - I haven't had the patience to stand there and watch.. I've checked the flexi-hose connections to the wall and at the toilet and it doesn't look like it is coming from there. The toilet model is the Plumbline Nova Back to Wall Toilet Suite, with the bidet attachment. It is less than 2 years old, and is in a new build by Williams Corp. Please see the photo I've added below. I tried to take a photo 'mid-leak', but it is quite hard to see as it is only a few droplets, but if you zoom in, you might see the residue/dried water on the side of the toilet. I had a feel around, and it feels slightly wet in the hole between the white plastic bit and the screw thread. A google suggests it might be something to do with the seal, but assistance would be much appreciated. Cheers.
