Water Pressure Fault on New Dishwasher

We have a new dishwasher which gives an error that our water pressure is too low. We have cabled it up ourselves to two different water outlets with the same result. This leads us to believe the issue is either with the hot water cylinder or the council water pressure. We need someone to take a look. Thanks.
