Item 1 - Replace existing vanity with a new vanity and swap the old basin mixer with a new one. Vanity and basin mixer have been purchased. Item 2 - Also as an optional price, to swap out the toilet roll holder, robe hook and change towel rail to a multi towel rail (it’s a heater towel rail, but will not be wired up, only using for the extra rails). All hardware has been purchased already.
