Job description
There are four pairs of taps, two over a bath, the rest over sinks, that I would like "serviced " In some cases this may just need a new tap washer, but several of them may well require more, possibly up to and including complete replacement. Refer to photos 1) Will no longer tighten to an off position and is held "off" by a wedge of wood between the tap and the edge of the sink. Probably needs replacement. 2) Functional, might need a new tap washer, will take under advisement 3) Works fine, but is actually the hot tap, might be good to change top to indicate this. 4) Will not turn on at all, handle rotates without doing anything 5) Cannot be fully turned off. May just need a new tap washer 6) Functional, probably no work needed. 7) Works "OK" may need a washer, top screw keeps coming out. 8) Cannot be fully turned off (worse than 5). May just need a new tap washer. House was built in 1976, and some may not have been touched since. I am not worried about the "beauty" or "matching" of the taps if any need to be replaced I just want to get functional taps that can be turned off and on.
