Laundry tub and washing machine install

We have a laundry tub and a washing machine that we would like moved into our garage. We have cold water access through the garage already (into our sleepout) and a waste water drain. We don't need hot water installed. I believe this would involve cutting into the current water supply and creating a join to connect the washing machine and laundry tub too then drilling through the dry wall so it can connect to rhe waste on the other side. We can remove the tap and the waste from the sleepout if needing to reuse that.
