Job description
Small job which ideally I would like to have completed in Nov or Dec. Please see supplied sketch of bathroom plumbing work to be done. Client will remove existing vanity and shower. Toilet base to be removed and replaced by plumber. Installation of jib aqua-line (will be left unpainted) for shower will be completed by client, as will plastering and painting. Vanity, vanity tapware, Englefield --- shower, shower rail, tap and rose, and toilet pan (cistern and lid renewed 3yrs ago) will be supplied by client. Methven tapware for unequal pressure due to ceiling hotwater cylinder. All other minor materials tradie to supply. Owner-occupier will stay with a friend while work is done as this is a single bathroom 55m^2 home. Requesting: 1) fixed price please 2) your current available to start date 3) your likely completion date As this is a small job a single payment will be made on completion of the work.

Scott and team renovated my bathroom while I did the demolition work and painting. The team (builder and plumbers) are an approachable, trustworthy and friendly bunch. Easy to have around. Scott was very responsive with his communication. Two mistakes made were quickly rectified. The shower lining work cleverly hid the plaster join. They even took care of the plastering! Carpet protection used. An error in the final invoice was quickly corrected. Highly recommend Scott and Team.
