Spa Bath. -- Pump or Controller not working properly. Not sure if need an Electrician or a Plumber.
Job description
We have a very nice Spa Bath. We never use it. We only ever use the shower over it. When we turn it on you can hear the pump starting to work, then it stops. Can you work out what is wrong and what to do to make it work again. we think it is due to not being used. I can disconnect the pump and probably the controller too, if that would help you to take it to your workshop and work out what is wrong. Maybe the pump just needs servicing or maybe the controller needs looking at. Can you help and what would it cost me?

I am very happy. This job was for a plumber but needed an electrician too. The job is done and all within a week. The job was tricky because it incorporated electrics and plumbing and two plumbers had previously looked and not followed through. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They worked hard and were tidy and very considerate. I would like to add, that they were honest and clear with me about what the problem really was. I would be happy to use them again and I can recommend them to anyone. Many thanks. Andy
