Pre-purchase building inspection highlighted some plumbing maintenance required for my first home that is being purchased and I would like to get repaired (as quoted from building report): Bathroom: The mixer is loose and needs to be tightened and fixed into position to prevent water accessing behind the shower linings. A registered Plumber could assist you with this. Foundations/subfloor (easily accessed): There is evidence of leaking plumbing and wastes that should be inspected and repaired as necessary by a registered Plumber.
