Bathroom facelift

New toilet fitted - existing toilet is very old, new toilet to remain where old one is now, upgrade showerhead fixture - currently old shower fixture is plastic and in one piece, would prefer an adjustable showerhead with a mixer. Bath needs re-enameling if this is a service you can provide. Old bath taps need replacing and I have a leak in one of the taps in the laundry that needs addressing as well. I'm also considering switching to gas hot water and moving my vanity so some advice and a quote for this work would be great too.
