We have recently discovered a leaky shower pan has been causing serious mould issues in our house, as a result I've had to completely strip out our shower alcove. Our bathroom is now in a bit of a state. We would like to now do the following to get it usable again: * Remove existing bath tub, install new one (supplied by us) turned around 180 degrees, extending drain pipe and removing existing plumbing. * Install new shower mixer+diverter, bath spout and shower rail/head in shower-over-bath setup. All supplied by us. * Decommission plumbing to existing vanity * Re-plumb existing shower plumbing to prepare existing shower alcove for a new vanity * Install new vanity As this was all unplanned work, and not covered by our insurance, we may need to do this in multiple smaller jobs, as the budget allows, and around other work such as re-gibbing, subfloor patching, waterproofing and painting. Happy for you to visit to eyeball what needs to be done.
