A Caroma toilet pan with connected, wall-mounted, plastic cistern. Original to house so 20 years old. Cistern requires complete swap out. Nothing wrong with toilet other than the 'look' as a new cistern goes in. Toilet is in one room so an in/out arrangement without much space. Happy to discuss a new narrow-footed pan set and cistern unit, but needs to be the right size for the minimum area available. Depending on that discussion, I'd also look to replace the wall-mounted hand-washing basin as this has a narrow, floor-mounted, double-doored cupboard that is a pain when using the loo; a replacement would be a rear set back pedestal mounted narrow basin, installed in the same place, but providing greater 'leg room'. So, in order: 1.) must do - cistern replacement, in plastic, AND replace cistern water supply tap washer. 2.) Probable: replace toilet set, narrow footed, porcelain. 3.) Possible: replace hand-washing basin/cupboard ensemble with pedestal mounted basin, porcelain.
