Running toilet, blocked shower and leaking outdoor tap

Hi We have a few jobs that need doing. Our toilet is constantly filling and fiddling with the ballcock doesn’t help. Our show drain is also blocked and we have an outside tab that is leaking. Best day to visit would be July 4 or 5
