Taps and Flushing issues

The flush in the Toilet does not fill up quickly after it has been used. We are having to wait for almost an hour to use the toilet again. The flush button and mechanism on the inside works but the water refill rate is too slow. We are concerned if there is some type of blockage. The other issue is some taps at the home are dripping even while the taps are closed. We are concerned we are loosing hot water due to this. Quotes for this type of general job is appreciated.
