Hot water cylinder and odd jobs

The thermostat on our low pressure gas hot water cylinder is not working - we need to either repair it or if it is not repairable replace it (and will have questions about possibilities for secondhand cylinders in this case). If it does need to be replaced we will need a quote. We have a gas heater that needs to be removed. It is unflued and never used because of this. The tap on the toilet no longer turns. We need to get this fixed. Our shower has a thingymebob that reduces the amount of cold water. We will be looking for advice on removal (and if you think it will work out to remove it have it removed). At the moment very little cold water comes through and the shower temperature is ridiculously hot (this is also partly due to the broken thermostat on the hot water cylinder). We are also planning kitchen renovations, and are looking for a quote for these when you are doing the other jobs. The renovations will include moving the sink from its current position to its former position. The dishwasher will also have a new location.
