A new dwelling

The A1 home A136 design is estimated at $210,000 for full contract - where as the kitset is $85,800. It will also cost up to $10,000 to bring services down the 80m driveway and install a sewrage pump. I am considering part-managing the project myself and getting quotes for different parts of the job (Laying services to building platform, building the wethertight shell ect). I'm just trying to find out how much I may save as apposed to getting them to manage the whole project. At this stage I would appreciate estimates for the following: - bringing services 80m down a driveway to building platform, and installing a sewrage pump (top of driveway is uphill from building platform). - Laying a 95m2 slab for this home: --- - Creating a weathertight building including all brick cladding, windows, roof, interrior framing, installing wood burner, and staircase. - First fit on all plumbing work, including installation of cylinder. - First fit for all electrical (all wired up including power points, light switches and cables placed for light fittings) - Installation of kitchen (supplied with kitset)
