Job description
We have a main hw cylinder (electric element) fed via another cylinder (no element) on a higher level. This high cylinder is connected to a wetback and we'd like to access this hot water directly via a short circuit, about 20cm. Photos show some of the current piping. We may have other work as well in a few months (new en-suite).

Because it was only a small job we had hoped to get it completed much more quickly. However on the day itself the job only took 2 hours. We got a quote and accepted it. The first invoice was nearly double so we queried it. The 2nd invoice was less but still higher than the quote, so we queried it again and ended up paying the quoted price.
