Laundry relocation to garage

We are looking to relocate our laundry to our garage. Because our garage is below street level we need to install a "sani-pump", so it would be great if you were familiar with these systems. The work will involve installing the pump as well as installing taps for the washing machine and tub into existing pipe work which sits below the ceiling of the garage.
